The dashboard explained

Our dashboard shows you some important metrics. All metrics are measured over the last 30 days and are compared to the previous 30 days.

  1. Received messages: The total number of incoming messages.
  2. Sent messages: The total number of outgoing messages. This includes both automated replies and manually sent replies.
  3. Automated replies: All automated replies that were used
  4. Natural Language Processing: All automation that has been recognized. This can be automation you have turned on but also automation you haven’t turned on. See this as lost opportunity to automate since you had to reply manually while the automation did actually recognize the customer request.
