Notifications
You’ll receive notifications when the automation is not completely sure about what the intent of the customer is. When receiving a notification, you have to take action and take over the customer conversation.
Notifications work based on a customer profile. Every non-matched or non-recognized customer intent triggers a notification. To not blow you away with notifications, you’ll receive 1 notification per 5 minutes on a non-matched or non-recognized customer conversation.
How to set up email notifications?
You can set up email notifications under Settings -> Notifications. You can fill in any email address you like.
How to set up Slack notifications?
Setting up Slack notifications needs to be done via a webhook. You can install the Incoming Webhook App in Slack to create your webhook URL
Once you’ve created your Slack webhook URL, you can save it in Table Duck under Settings -> Notifications.
