Profiles

Managing profiles

Under profiles you can see all customer profiles that have engaged with you via our tool. Per customer profile you can see how many messages are sent, how many replies are received and what percentage is handled by automation.

We enrich these profiles with all relevant information that the customer is giving. For example, if somebody has a question about an order, we save that order number so that the automation knows which order it is about.
